The Federation is your fastest link to animal protectors and their activities in India.

The Federation concept is a step-by-step process to help organisations and individuals find and share information that benefits animals, and work together on projects requiring mass participation and coalition force when appropriate.

Formed in 2007, FIAPO has identified legislation, law enforcement and consumer behavior related to farmed animals as the number one priority. To this end, it is holding a series of capacity building workshops on farmed animals in major Indian cities (click here) as well as putting together comprehensive information on animals raised for human consumption in India (click here).

FIAPO also hosts an online community which includes hundreds of subscribers. Here, information is shared and discussions take place about everything imaginable regarding animals in India…the discussion is as varied as our subscribers. We welcome your participation to enrich it (click here).
